After 15 years of research, the US government may be well on its way to control people’s minds, as American scientist report they have discovered a way to transmit information from one brain to another via Internet and control the thoughts of test subjects.
During a lab test, a group of scientists allegedly captured the thoughts of a rat in Brazil and transmitted them via Internet to the brain of a rat in the US.They say as soon as the US rat received the thoughts of its Brazilian counterpart it began to mimic its behavior.
