A new report by Cancer Research UK questions the safety and ethics of e-cigarettes, which contain nicotine. The charity says e-cigarettes are unregulated by any health watchdog and are sold like any other product in most shops. VoR's Tim Ecott spoke to Alison Cox from the charity.
