The new generation of Apple iPad tablet computer goes on sale in the U.S. and six other countries on March 16th. Its price will be the same as the previous model, according to a company representative speaking at a press conference in San Francisco. The new iPad has a record high-resolution screen, four times higher than the first two generations.
