US to seek Russian help in ISS flights

The United States will have to resort to Russia’s help in delivering its astronauts to the ISS over the next five years, the NASA chief said. NASA’s Charles Bolden told Congress hearings that Russia’s astronaut delivery services would cost the US $450mln a year.
