A new trend has emerged among Russia's consumers. The country is witnessing a large upswing in online shopping. According to a new survey conducted by Synovate Comcon, a record 6.1 million Russians made online purchases last year. That amounts to more than a 16% growth in comparison with the previous year.

We wanted to discuss this new trend, so we are joined by Aaron Block, an investor and CEO of Bay.ru, its international online e-commerce store selling goods from the U.S. We are also joined by Karen Kazaryan, a Senior Analyst from the Russian Association for Electronic Communications.
